Office Buildings for sale in Seattle Washington

With an estimated 31 million square feet of total office space in downtown Seattle, there is a high volume of office buildings available for purchase. There are five basic classifications for office buildings in Seattle which include Post 1980 Class A, Pre 1980 Class A, Fringe Class A, Class B, and Renovated office buildings.

Location is the second major factor that affects the price of office buildings with Seattle’s City Center. Buildings located within Seattle Central Business District include the Denny Triangle, Retail Core, and Waterfront tend to generate the highest price per square foot. Office buildings located within areas outside of the Seattle Central Business District such as South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, First Hill, Chinatown International District, SoDo, and Uptown Seattle are often more affordable.
